Playthrough Requirements Explained
What playthrough means
Playthrough is how many times you must wager Sweeps Coins before they become redeemable. A 1x requirement on 20 SC means you must wager 20 SC in total. It does not mean you must win anything, or keep 20 SC.
Worked examples
- 1x on 20 SC: wager 20 SC. At 0.50 SC a spin, that is 40 spins.
- 3x on 25 SC (Stake.us, per Sweepsy): wager 75 SC, or 150 spins at 0.50 SC.
- 2x on 5,000 FC (Fortune Wins’ example in its rules): wager 10,000 FC, which is $100 of play at 100 FC = $1.

What casinos require
- 1x: Chumba, McLuck, WOW Vegas, High 5, LoneStar, RealPrize, Modo.us and Spree, per our data. Some say the operator may require more.
- Usually 1x, up to 10x in exceptional cases: Crown Coins (per Sweepsy).
- 3x: Stake.us (per Sweepsy).
- Varies by game or promotion: Fortune Wins.
- Not published where we could read: Hello Millions, Mega Bonanza, Pulsz.
Why it matters for bonus value
Higher playthrough means more play before you can redeem, and every spin is random. A smaller bonus at 1x is usually easier to turn into a redemption than a bigger one at 3x. That is a big part of the smart play approach.
Once played through, you still need the minimum redemption and an ID check. See how to redeem.
